About the leather

Hunter leather was the first signature creation with the Indian supplier/tanner Patrick from Sheong Shi Tannery. This leather has an
open structure with no synthetic finish. All heavy chemicals are avoided in the tanning process. This is the toughest of leathers and has a vintage look and feel. Over time, this leather will soften and develop a beautiful sheen.

About the brand

O My Bag is an environmentally friendly brand that produces bags and accessories in Kolkata, India.

"We believe that we can change the world through ethically made products. By giving
our producers access to the global market, we connect them with customers who want a great bag."

The beautiful bags are made from luxurious, vegetable-tanned leather, produced
without the use of harmful chemicals like chromium. O My Bag will age beautifully, deepen in color, and soften over time.

O My Bag donates a portion of its proceeds annually to support local projects in India. An example of this is the donation of school bags to the Brickfield Schools project, an organization that provides schooling to children of workers in multiple brick factories in West Bengal.

About the makers

All of O My Bags are handmade in Kolkota, India, by a select group of producer. They have been working together with most of the producers for years and visit them twice a year.
