- How much does delivery cost?

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. See next for standard shipping costs within EU:

Currently only EU delivery. Is your country outside EU? Then be sure to contact us: welcome@ayako.be

- When will my order arrive?

Upon payment receipt we will process your order, within 1 working day. Provided all items are in stock, you will receive your order within 1-4 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. We are not liable for any delays or lost packages by the courier service. 

Please check our announcement bar for possible holidays as this may cause a delivery delay!

Return

- What is the return policy?

ot happy with your purchase?  You are entitled to a 2-week return right for unworn items.

Please notify us by sending an email to welcome@ayako.be and clearly mention your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange.

Your returned item must be sent to the return address Kunstschildesweg 5b, 9840 De Pinte within two weeks. Please enclose your proof of purchase. The hangtags should stay attached. The shipping costs are for you,  unless it concerns a faulty item. 

Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting.

If we notice that there is damage to a returned product or if we notice that the clothes are dirty or clearly worn, we have the right not to accept this returned item. If not, the full amount (of the returned items, not of the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 30 days

Orders

- How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to chance your item for an other color, size or model, the easiest way is to return the item as described on the Return page so we can refund the full amount (of the returned item, not the shipping costs) and you can shop a new one.

How can I track my order?

You can ask a track code to Parcell.

- What do I do if I never received my order?

- What do I do if I received a defective order?

If we notice that there is damage to a returned product or if we notice that the clothes are dirty or clearly worn, we have the right not to accept this returned item. If not, the full amount (of the returned items, not of the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 30 days
