Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ayako. If you are not satisfied, please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. If we notice that there is damage to a returned item or if we notice that clothes are dirty or clearly worn, we have the right to refuse the returned item.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, so the shipping costs are for you unless it concerns a faulty item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy. If everything is fine, the full amount (of the returned items, not shipping costs) will be refunded to your account

- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our exchange policy. If everything is fine, the new product will be send to you after receipt of the returned item.
How to make a return or exchange
To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Clearly mention your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Affix the return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at the carrier's location or schedule a pickup.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it is received by our team.
Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that ensures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting.
Please note that our gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
